Shipping

All orders are processed in 1 or 2 business days. Please note that circumstances do arise that are beyond our control, i.e. – extreme weather conditions, lost or misrouted packages due to UPS or USPS, as well as payment problems. In these rare situations, the delivery time can be delayed a bit and expected shipping times are not guaranteed. We do everything within our control to expedite every order. All orders will be provided with tracking info. If there are any problems with the shipping or if any items are damaged in transit, please contact us so we may provide you with the best solution.

Return

We must be notified of the return within 30 days of delivered date. The product must be in new condition. If the return was due to our error, we will accept responsibility for the return. If the return is not due to an error of ours, the buyer accepts full responsibility.
